Idoko Homes was founded on a single conviction: that buying a home should feel less like a transaction and more like an introduction. Between the right house and the right person there is often a long, patient conversation. We are unafraid of that conversation.

Our practice represents a small number of properties at any one time, drawn from Nigeria's most architecturally significant neighbourhoods: Ikoyi, Banana Island, Asokoro, Maitama, and the quieter hillside enclaves of Abuja. We work directly with developers, architects, and private owners, many of whom never list publicly.

What we offer is not volume. It is judgment, access, and a discretion our clients return for, year after year.
